2. Services

Concrete to Creek provides premium dog adventure and hiking services in the New York City area, including Small Group Adventures, Duo Hikes, and Solo Forest Treks. All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, trail conditions, and our assessment of your dog's suitability for the outing.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any outing at our discretion for safety reasons, including but not limited to weather, trail conditions, or dog behavior concerns.

3. Eligibility and Dog Requirements

By booking a service, you confirm that:

• Your dog is up to date on all required vaccinations

• Your dog is in good health and fit for physical outdoor activity

• You have disclosed any behavioral concerns, medical conditions, allergies, or medications

• Your dog has not shown aggression toward people or other dogs without prior disclosure

Concrete to Creek reserves the right to refuse or remove any dog from an outing if we determine it poses a safety risk to other dogs, staff, or itself.

4. Booking and Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• By completing a booking, you agree to pay the full amount listed at the time of reservation

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled outing will receive a full refund or credit

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the outing are non-refundable

• No-shows are non-refundable

• Concrete to Creek reserves the right to cancel any outing due to unsafe conditions. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered

6. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or death. By booking a service, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Concrete to Creek, its employees, and contractors are not liable for any injury, loss, illness, or death of your dog arising from participation in our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Photos and Media

Concrete to Creek may photograph or film dogs during outings for use on our website, social media, and marketing materials. By booking a service, you grant Concrete to Creek a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such images or footage. If you do not consent, notify us in writing at NickV@concretetocreek.com before your dog's first outing.

8. SMS Communications

These terms and conditions are provided by CONCRETE TO CREEK. You will receive informational messages including appointment reminders, service updates, and customer support related to our dog hiking services. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. By signing up you agree to receive informational SMS messages from CONCRETE TO CREEK at 347-474-9092.
